Grilled Turkey Cutlets Sandwiches

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

4 Butterball® Fresh All Natural Turkey Filets
1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Kikkoman Sweet Soy Glaze
4 Sandwich Rolls
Sliced cucumber, optional
Grated carrots, optional
Fresh cilantro, optional

directions

Marinate the cutlets in Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce for at least 30 minutes.  Grill the cutlets over hot coals until no longer pink in the center.  In the meantime, combine mayonnaise and Sweet Soy Glaze.  Make individual sandwiches with the turkey and sandwich rolls, serve with mayo mixture.
