- Preheat oven to 325ºF. Line a medium baking pan with parchment paper. Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir until oats are moistened.
- Pour oat mixture onto baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 10 minutes. Use a wooden spatula to stir oats and continue to bake for 10-12 minutes longer or until golden brown. Cool oats in pan completely, about 1 hour.
- Store granola in a jar in a dry cool spot. Serve ¼ cup of granola over yogurt topped with berries, fruit and nuts, or other favorite toppings.
