- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, lime juice, soy sauce and water.
- Preheat a skillet over medium high heat and then once hot, add the ground beef.
- Allow the beef to cook for 2-3 minutes or until it starts to brown on the bottom. Add green onions, garlic and ginger to the pan and continue to cook until the beef is fully cooked (2-3 more minutes).
- Pour the honey sauce into the pan with the beef mixture and stir well. Lower heat to medium low and allow to simmer for another minute, stirring frequently.
- Garnish with peanuts, sriracha, and green onions, if desired.
- We like to serve this dish with rice or cauliflower rice and alongside some steamed or stir fried vegetables.
