1 avocado
3 cups sushi rice

  1. Preheat 3 cups of frying oil in a large pot to 350°F. Combine tempura batter mix water and mix well. Dip triangle shaped nori sheet in the batter mix and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Dice up salmon into cubed pieces and leave 4 strips of salmon to use for rolls. Marinate the cubed salmon pieces with ponzu and sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Remove the fried nori base from oil and repeat. Make 2 salmon hand rolls to use as the pizza “crust” and cut in half to create one crust for each of the four slices. Dice up an avocado into cubed pieces.

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
