- Combine teriyaki sauce, water, and cornstarch in a small saucepan and whisk to dissolve cornstarch. Add brown sugar, ginger, garlic and black pepper. Heat over low heat until simmering. Continue to cook, stirring regularly until the sauce has thickened and brown sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and divide sauce between two bowls. Cool to room temperature.
- Spray the basket of air fryer with cooking spray and place two pork chops in air fryer. Brush with a couple tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Air fry at 380ºF for 8 minutes. Flip pork chops and brush the other side with teriyaki sauce. Air fry 6-8 minutes longer.
- Repeat with remaining pork chops. Serve pork chops hot with reserved teriyaki sauce for brushing and dipping.
