ingredients

2 pork tenderloins, about 3/4 pound each
4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1/2 cup plum jam

directions

  1. Cut pork crosswise into 1-1/2-inch thick slices, then press each slice to 1-inch thickness.
  2. Coat pork with garlic powder; brown in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan; keep warm.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir teriyaki sauce and plum jam into same pan until jam dissolves and sauce is smooth; simmer 2 minutes.
  4. Return pork to skillet and cook 2 minutes on each side, or until slightly pink in center.
  5. Serve sauce with pork.
