- Blend the pear, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, onion, and ginger in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into a small pan and cook on medium high heat. Bring to a boil and then lower the heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes.
- Strain the sauce and try to press on the puree to get as much out as possible.
- Put the strained sauce back on the stove and keep cooking on medium heat until the sauce has reduced and thickened for 5 minutes.
- Add rice vinegar, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Stir to combine, but then remove from heat.
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat and once it’s hot, place the steaks on the grill.
- Grill steaks until they are done to your preference, but it should take around 10-12 minutes. Flip halfway.
- To serve, pour pear sauce over grilled steak. We like to garnish with some added pear ribbons.
