ingredients

For Vegetables
4 cups broccoli florets 
2 cups bell peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil  

For Meatballs
1 pound ground beef 
½ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs 
1 large egg
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original  

For Serving
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original 

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.  
  2. Add broccoli and bell peppers to a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle with cooking oil and stir to coat. Spread on baking sheet. 
  3. Add ground beef, panko, egg and ¼ cup of Takumi to mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. 
  4. Form into medium sized meatballs and place on baking sheet nestled between vegetables. 
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Drizzle extra Takumi over meatballs and vegetables and serve hot.
