- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle with cooking oil and stir to coat. Spread on baking sheet.
- Add ground beef, panko, egg and ¼ cup of Takumi to mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Form into medium sized meatballs and place on baking sheet nestled between vegetables.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes. Drizzle extra Takumi over meatballs and vegetables and serve hot.
