Roasted Vegetables
2-3 pounds dense root vegetables, cut in uniform 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup fresh dill, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 tsp. chili sauce, plus more for garnish
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika

 

Creamy Dill Dressing
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Kikkoman® Soy Sauce

directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut vegetables into uniform pieces. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, chili sauce, and smoked paprika in a small bowl and whisk together. Coat vegetables with olive oil mixture. Cook vegetables until they are tender and caramelized.

While vegetables are cooking, combine dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Serve vegetables warm and top with dressing right before serving. Garnish with coarsely chopped fresh dill and more chili sauce as desired.
