ingredients

1 salmon filet, cubed 
2 tablespoons of Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
½ cup cooked white rice
½ avocado, sliced or diced
½ cup carrots, shredded 

 English cucumber, sliced

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Dice your salmon into 1inch cubes. Place in a bowl and pour the Takumi on top. Mix together. Place on a pan with foil and place in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  3. While the salmon is baking, cook white rice per package instructions.
  4. Once salmon and rice are done, assemble your bowl with salmon, white rice, avocado, shredded carrots and cucumbers. Drizzle additional Takumi on top for extra flavor!
