2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil

  2. Thread tempeh onto 8-inch skewers.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grease with cooking oil. Once the pan is very hot, place tempeh kabobs on and grill for 3-4 minutes. Turn and brush with half of the remaining marinade. Cook 3-4 minutes longer. Repeat with remaining kabobs. Serve hot.

THE STORY OF SOY SAUCE

Even people who love soy sauce and use it all the time are often surprised to learn what it is and how it’s made. We make ours from just four simple ingredients—water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. Those ingredients are transformed through a traditional brewing process—much like making wine or beer—that has remained unchanged for centuries.
