- Cook your bacon strips then remove from the pan and place on a plate.
- Using a brush, baste both sides of the bacon strips with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original.
- Heat up the pan with either cooking oil or bacon fat and fry eggs to your desired style.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each egg and toast your bread in the pan.
- Assemble your sandwich by layering the eggs with cheese, bacon slices and a drizzle of Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayo.
