ingredients

8 ounces rice noodles
1 tablespoon cooking oil 
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
¼ cup water
½ cup creamy natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice 
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil 
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) 

For Serving
¼ cup green onions, chopped
¼ cup peanuts, chopped 

directions

  1. Begin boiling noodles according to package directions, about 8 minutes. In a separate saucepan, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.  
  2. Add water, peanut butter, teriyaki, lime juice, sesame oil, brown sugar and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to low and heat until peanut butter is incorporated and sauce is smooth, stirring regularly, about 3 minutes.  
  3. Drain noodles and add to pot with sauce. Toss using tongs to coat. Serve hot garnished with chopped peanuts and green onions.
