- Move oven rack 8-inches from broiler. Preheat broiler on high heat and lightly grease a sheet pan with cooking oil spray. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Takumi sauce over shrimp in a bowl and stir to coat. Spread evenly on sheet pan and broil for 6-8 minutes to lightly brown shrimp. Depending on how hot your broiler gets, you may want to remove the sheet pan a little earlier. Remove shrimp from oven and cool to room temperature.
- Stir together remaining Takumi sauce and lime juice in a small jar. Combine shrimp, corn, black beans, tomatoes, red onion and cilantro in a serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and gently stir to combine. Serve right away or refrigerate until serving.
