- Bring stock to a boil. Cook ramen noodles in stock according to package directions, about 5 minutes. Divide between two bowls.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes. Add Takumi sauce, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes longer.
- Top noodles and broth with shrimp, pickled radishes, cilantro, and green onion. Enjoy hot.
