ingredients

5 cups vegetable or seafood stock
4 ounces dry ramen noodles
1 tablespoon cooking oil
8 ounces raw jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Garlic & Green Onion
½ cup sliced pickled radishes
½ cup fresh cilantro
½ cup chopped green onion

directions

  1. Bring stock to a boil. Cook ramen noodles in stock according to package directions, about 5 minutes. Divide between two bowls.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté for 3 minutes. Add Takumi sauce, stir, and simmer for 2-3 minutes longer.
  3. Top noodles and broth with shrimp, pickled radishes, cilantro, and green onion. Enjoy hot.
