ingredients

4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
½ pound cooked shredded chicken 
1 cup julienned red bell pepper 
1 cup grated carrot
½ cup chopped cilantro 
½ cup chopped green onion 
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts 

Dressing
¼ cup fresh lime juice 
¼ cup tahini paste
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil 
1 tablespoon grated ginger 
1 tablespoon honey 
½ teaspoon salt 
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric 

directions

  1. Combine ingredients for dressing in a measuring cup or bowl and whisk vigorously to combine. Set aside.  
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, chicken, bell pepper, carrots, cilantro and green onion.  
  3. Pour ¾ of dressing over salad and stir well to coat.  
  4. Transfer to a large serving plate and top with remaining dressing and chopped peanuts. Serve right away.
