- Preheat oven to 400ºF and spread sliced Brussels sprouts on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, whisk together rice vinegar, remaining sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic in a small mixing bowl.
- Remove Brussels sprouts from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, cranberries and pecans on a serving platter and drizzle with sesame vinaigrette. Gently toss with tongs. Serve warm.
