- Begin cooking rice noodles according to package directions.
- While noodles cook, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Add sliced steak to hot oil and sear for 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 1 minute longer.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in sauce and rice noodles. Use tongs to coat noodles. Cook 2 minutes longer.
- Serve hot garnished with green onions.
