Honey Baked Teriyaki Salmon

Serves 4-5
Total Time 1 hour 20 minutes
Prep Time 10 minutes
Marinate Time 1 hour
Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

1½ pounds salmon
1¼ cups Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
¼ cup honey 
1 green onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Pat salmon dry.
  2. Place salmon in a container and pour teriyaki over salmon.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 
  4. Remove salmon from refrigerator and place on an oiled baking sheet.
  5. Add honey on top of salmon.
  6. Bake salmon at 400°F for 8-10 minutes (depending on thickness of each filet). 
  7. Pour remaining marinade into a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and then lower the heat to simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes a glaze. 
  8. Pour the glaze over the salmon, top with green onions and serve with a side of rice. 
  9. Enjoy!
