Ponzu Marinated Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

½ cup Kikkoman® Ponzu 
4 salmon filets, thawed 

For Serving
¼ cup green onions, chopped 
1 lime, sliced  

Directions

  1. Pour ponzu in the bottom of a large glass dish. Add salmon filets, skin side up and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
  2. Heat grill to medium heat (350ºF-375ºF) and grease grill grates liberally with cooking oil.  
  3. Drain marinade from salmon and brush skin with cooking oil. Place salmon on grill skin side down and grill for 4-5 minutes undisturbed with lid closed. Carefully flip salmon and grill for 2-3 minutes longer. 
  4. Serve hot garnished with green onion and lime slices.
