Soy Sauce Vinaigrette

About
Use this versatile vinaigrette three ways:- As a marinade for steak
- As a dipping sauce for dumplings
- As a dressing in a mixed green and heirloom tomato salad
Ingredients
1 cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 cup of neutral oil
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon chili crisp
1 small shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Substitutions
- For neutral oil, we recommend using grapeseed, canola, or vegetable oil. If you do not have these on hand, olive oil works as well.
- If fresh lime juice is unavailable, substitute with rice wine vinegar.
Directions
- Combine soy sauce, neutral oil, lime juice, honey, and chili crisp in a bowl.
- Add in the minced shallot and garlic.
- Whisk well until the vinaigrette becomes emulsified and well combined.
- Add to a container with a lid and store in the fridge until ready to use.
