Grilled Avocado with Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients

4 avocados

1 tbsp olive oil

3oz ground beef

2oz red pepper

2oz green pepper

2oz corn

1/4 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce

Lime (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Cut avocado in half. Remove the pit.

3. Coat with olive oil

4. Put avocados in the oven for 20 minutes.

5. Cut vegetables into 1/4-inch cubes

6. Stir fry ground beef until it’s cooked and add vegetables until cooked. Add teriyaki sauce.

7. Place avocado on a plate and fill with the filling (meat and vegetables).

8. Squeeze lime (optional)
