ingredients

40 leaves Iceberg lettuce

2 tbsp. Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce

1/2 c. Kikkoman® Sushi Sauce (Unagi Tare)

1/4 c. Kikkoman® Gluten Free Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 

3 lbs. Chicken, diced, cooked

1 tbsp. Tropical Sriracha seasoning

1 lbs. Chow Mein Noodles

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, diced onions, diced peppers, Sushi Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, and tropical sriracha seasoning, mix well.
  3. Place the Mongolian Chicken mixture in a 4″ hotel pan. Cover tightly with foil, cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
  4. Wash lettuce in a sanitized sinks with ice water. Carefully remove the lettuce leaves.
  5. Portion a 1.5 oz. spoodles of Mongolian Chicken mixture in each lettuce wrap, garnish with Chow Mein noodles and green onions.
