kikkoman products used:

ingredients

15 pounds pork shoulder butt, cut into ¾-inch cubes
¼ cup vegetable oil
6 cups orange juice
6 cups cola
3 cups Kikkoman Lime Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Dressing & Sauce

directions

Brown pork in oil on all sides. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, about 40 minutes or until pork is tender. Cook, uncovered, until liquid evaporates and pork begins to brown again, being careful not to let it burn. Chop ½ cup pork per serving and serve with warm corn tortillas, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo salsa and lime wedges.
