Soy-Infused Chocolate Sauce

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 cup evaporated milk
1 pound all-purpose sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
6 tablespoons butter
3 teaspoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon vanilla

directions

In double boiler, over low heat, whisk together evaporated milk, sugar and corn syrup just until sugar melts. Turn off heat; add chocolate and butter. Stir constantly just until chocolate melts and butter is incorporated. Stir in soy sauce and vanilla; chill. To reheat, place container of sauce into water bath and stir until chocolate is warm. Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
