Sriracha Honey Turkey Burger with Asian Slaw

Ingredients

50 Butterball® Turkey Burger Fully Cooked

50 Bun, Hamburger, Brioche, White Whole Wheat, 5″

1 3/4 c., 2 tbsp. Honey

1 3/4 c., 2 tbsp. Kikkoman® Gluten-free Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

1 3/4 c., 2 tbsp. Kikkoman® Less Sodium Teriyaki Glaze

Asian Cole Slaw:

1 qt., 1 pt., 1 3/4 c., tbsp. Cabbage, raw

3/4 c., 1 1/2 tsp. Cabbage, red, raw chopped

3/4., 1 1/2 tsp. Carrots, raw chopped

3/4 c., 1 1/2 tsp. Coriander leaves, raw

3/4 c., 1 1/2 tsp. Kikkoman® No preservatives added Non-GMO Sesame oil

3/4 c., 1 1/2 tsp. Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar

1 pt., 1 c., 2 tbsp. Peppers sweet red, raw chopped

 

Directions

  1. Prepare the workstation by cleaning and sanitizing all areas.
  2. Gather all ingredients for preparation
  3. Prepare Asian Slaw: Combine rice vinegar and sesame oil; beat with whisk until well mixed. Add coleslaw mix (carrots, cabbage, red bell pepper and cilantro); stir until well coated. Cover. Refrigerate until served.
  4. Prepare Sriracha Honey Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine Sriracha, Honey, and Teriyaki Glaze (Sriracha Honey Sauce) in large bowl, heat on stove top and keep warm.
  5. Prepare turkey burgers per manufacturer instructions
  6. Warm hamburger buns in hot holding cabinet 10 minutes prior to service.
  7. To assemble the sandwich, dip one Turkey Burger in Sriracha Honey Sauce and place on bottom hamburger bun, top with 1/8 cup of Asian Slaw and place top hamburger bun on top of Asian Slaw.
