ingredients

Whipped Goat Cheese:

16 oz. Goat Cheese

12 oz. Cream Cheese, Whipped

1 cup Blueberry Kifer

1/2 cup Honey

1 tsp Thyme, Dried, Powder

Marinated Blueberries:

1 cup Fresh Lime Juice

2 Tbsp Kikkoman® Citrus Seasoned Ponzu

2 Tbsp Sugar

2 pints Fresh Blueberries

Plating:

Wild Blueberry Crisps (Recommended) As needed

Kikkoman® Sushi Sauce As Needed

Whipped Goat Cheese:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a countertop standing mixer bowl and run to combine.  

Marinated Blueberries:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine lime juice, Citrus Seasoned Ponzu and sugar. Heat over medium low heat, whisking occasionally, to melt sugar. Allow to cool.
  2. Pour over blueberries and marinate for a few hours to a few days

Plating:

  1. Spoon or pipe approximately 1 ounce of Goat Cheese Mixture onto Crisps. Drizzle with Sushi Sauce and spoon a few blueberries on top of Garnish.
