Whipped Goat Cheese:
- Combine all ingredients into a countertop standing mixer bowl and run to combine.
Marinated Blueberries:
- In a small saucepan, combine lime juice, Citrus Seasoned Ponzu and sugar. Heat over medium low heat, whisking occasionally, to melt sugar. Allow to cool.
- Pour over blueberries and marinate for a few hours to a few days
Plating:
- Spoon or pipe approximately 1 ounce of Goat Cheese Mixture onto Crisps. Drizzle with Sushi Sauce and spoon a few blueberries on top of Garnish.
