Sweet and Spicy Yuzu Glazed Steak

Ingredients:
- 4 oz Sweet Soy Glaze (Kikkoman® Sushi Sauce Unagi Tarre)
- 2 oz Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 4 oz Yuzu Puree
- 6 oz Flat Iron Steak
Directions
Method:
- Whisk together the soy glaze, sriracha, yuzu puree. Allow to sit for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Sear steak to desired doneness.
- Slice steak into strips and glaze with sauce.
Variation: May substitute other proteins for steak, ie Chicken, Seared Tuna, etc.
