Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Sweet Soy Glaze (Kikkoman® Sushi Sauce Unagi Tarre)
  • 2 oz Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 4 oz Yuzu Puree
  • 6 oz Flat Iron Steak

Directions

Method:

  1. Whisk together the soy glaze, sriracha, yuzu puree. Allow to sit for a minimum of 1 hour.
  2. Sear steak to desired doneness.
  3. Slice steak into strips and glaze with sauce.

Variation: May substitute other proteins for steak, ie Chicken, Seared Tuna, etc.
