3 lbs. Chicken, diced, cooked, frozen

8 and 1/4 oz. Carrots, raw, shredded

1 and 1/2 cup Peppers, sweet, green, raw, chopped

1 cup Kikkoman® Thai Style Chili Sauce

1 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Glaze

2 tbsp. Vegetable oil, palm kernel

16 and 2/3 Noodle cakes, Woodles Whole Grain Ramen

1 and 1/4 cup Celery, raw

directions

  1. Do not thaw chicken prior to cooking, best when cooked from a frozen state.
  2. Prepare the workstation by cleaning and sanitizing all areas.
  3. Pre-heat braising pan or kettle to 275 degrees.
  4. Cook Woodles Ramen Noodles in boiling water for 4 and 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  5. Add oil and diced vegetables and sauté until tender.
  6. Add diced chicken, Kikkoman® Thai Style Chili Sauce, and Kikkoman® Teriyaki Glaze, mix thoroughly and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes and divide Sweet Thai Chili Chicken mixture equally between 4″ Hotel pans.
  7. Divide ramen noodles equally between each pan of Sweet Thai Chili Chicken, mix well to combine all ingredients.
