Best Green Veggie Sauce

Ingredients

Yield: Makes 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes

1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon miso paste
¼ cup cilantro
½ lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon water

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend together: ginger, miso, cilantro, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and water.
  2. Pour over your favorite steamed veggies, like asparagus, broccoli, green beans, or edamame, and serve!
