- Add salmon to a food processor and pulse gently just until it reaches a rough chop.
- In a large bowl, add the egg and beat it gently. Add salmon, breadcrumbs, chili powder, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Stir gently until combined and then form into 4 patties.
- Heat a nonstick pan to medium-high heat and place salmon patties into the pan when hot. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until they have browned and cooked all the way through.
- To serve, place a spoonful of avocado on the bottom and top with a patty, tomato, red onion, mixed greens, and ½ tablespoon of sriracha sauce.
