- Rinse and dry salmon. Salt and pepper and leave for 5 mins. Dry once again, cover in flour and shake off excess.
- Heat up oil in pan, add and melt butter. Fry salmon over medium-low heat. When it begins to become golden, flip and fry other side. Remove and place on plate.
- Clean pan and pour in soy butter sauce ingredients. After it starts to boil, pour over salmon. Garnish with pan-grilled lemon.
