- Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil.
- In a sauté pan, stir-fry the cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and green onions until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
- Combine yakisoba noodles and vegetables until the yakisoba is cooked, about 5 minutes.
- Add oyster sauce, sauté the sauce, yakisoba noodles, and vegetable and then mix everything so that the sauce clings to yakisoba.
