3.4 ounces cabbage, finely shredded
3.4 ounces bean sprouts
0.7 ounces carrots, sliced
0.7 ounces green onions, sliced
11.2 ounces Yakisoba Noodles
1.8 ounces Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Oyster Sauce

directions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil. 
  2. In a sauté pan, stir-fry the cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and green onions until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
  3. Combine yakisoba noodles and vegetables until the yakisoba is cooked, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add oyster sauce, sauté the sauce, yakisoba noodles, and vegetable and then mix everything so that the sauce clings to yakisoba.
