- Mix together all burger ingredients in a medium bowl. Shape into 4 very flat patties and set aside.
- Cook burgers on a well-oiled grill over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until they’re cooked to your liking. Lightly toast buns on the grill.
- Spread Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayonnaise onto bun bottoms and tops. Place lettuce on bun bottoms and top each with a burger. Add Pickled Vegetables and garnish with cilantro, cucumber and jalapeno slices

1/2 cup matchstick pieces peeled daikon radish
1/2 cup matchstick pieces peeled carrot
1/3 cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
- Stir together radish, carrot, sugar, salt and Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar in a medium bowl and let it sit for ten minutes.
- Drain and serve
