- Slice and marinate beef with beef marinade for 30 minutes. Wash and cut Chinese broccoli. Mix sauce in a small bowl (except cooking wine).
- Stir fry beef until it’s 90% cooked and set aside. Blanch Chinese broccoli in water & oil for 1 minute or until tender. (Note: Make sure you don’t overcook the Chinese broccoli. You want the color of the green to be bright & vibrant).
- Fry ginger and garlic until aromatic.
- Add Chinese broccoli, beef, and premixed sauce + cooking wine. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is evenly mixed in.
- Drizzle a dash of oil to help keep the dish hot.
- Enjoy with rice & other dishes!
