- Stir together ingredients for tzatziki sauce and refrigerate until serving. Combine ingredients for beef kofta in a medium mixing bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.
- Divide meat into 10 equal portions. Shape meat onto 8-inch metal skewers.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat and grease with cooking oil. Grill for 8 minutes, rotating every 2-3 minutes for even cooking.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh oregano, pita bread, cucumber slices, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce for dipping.
