- Have a small bowl. Mix egg and Kikkoman® Kara-age Coating Mix in the bowl.
- Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper on both side.
- Have a large bowl. Coat Kikkoman® Panko with the bowl.
- Put both sides of the chicken thigh in the bowl of kara-age coating mixture and finally coat thoroughly with panko.
- Pour oil at least 1 inch deep into frying pan; heat to 350°F. and then fry on both sides of the chicken in oil until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve the chicken on a plate, then cut the chicken.
- Drizzle with Kikkoman Katsu sauce and enjoy.
