2 4.5 ounces Chicken Thigh

2 ounces Kikkoman® Kara-Age Coating Mix

2 Eggs

1 cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs

¼ cup Kikkoman® Katsu Sauce, divided

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

Oil for frying

  1. Have a small bowl. Mix egg and Kikkoman® Kara-age Coating Mix in the bowl.
  2. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper on both side.
  3. Have a large bowl. Coat Kikkoman® Panko with the bowl.
  4. Put both sides of the chicken thigh in the bowl of kara-age coating mixture and finally coat thoroughly with panko.
  5. Pour oil at least 1 inch deep into frying pan; heat to 350°F. and then fry on both sides of the chicken in oil until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve the chicken on a plate, then cut the chicken.
  7. Drizzle with Kikkoman Katsu sauce and enjoy.
