- Combine soymilk and vinegar in small non-metallic bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Add mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Stir well before using. (Refrigerate any remaining dressing up to one week.)
