ingredients

1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1-1/2 cups whole natural almonds
1-1/2 cups walnut halves or pieces
3/4 cup raw sunflower kernels
3 cups toasted oat cereal (like Cherrios)
1 cup (2-1/2 oz.) banana chips
3/4 cup seedless raisins

directions

  1. Blend teriyaki sauce, oil, sugar and ginger in large bowl until sugar dissolves; stir in almonds and walnuts until thoroughly coated. Let stand 20 minutes; stir occasionally.
  2. Stir in sunflower kernels until coated. Add cereal, tossing to combine. Turn out onto large shallow baking pan or cookie sheet, spreading mixture out evenly.
  3. Bake in 250ºF. oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir gently. Bake 15 minutes longer. Remove pan to wire rack and cool completely.
  4. Stir in banana chips and raisins. Store in tightly covered container.
