ingredients

½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup coarsely chopped bell pepper
1 cup red onion
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup zucchini, sliced ½-inch thick
1 cup cremini mushrooms

directions

  1. Stir together teriyaki sauce, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl. Add vegetables and stir to coat. Marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. Thread vegetables onto 8-inch skewers and reserve marinade for basting.
  3. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grease well. Add vegetable skewers and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with marinade from bowl.
  4. Remove from grill, plate, and serve.
