ingredients

2 pounds mixed baby potatoes (golden, red)
2 tablespoons olive oil
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for serving

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice potatoes in half and spread on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Carefully remove potatoes from oven and drizzle with Takumi sauce. Use a spatula to coat potatoes evenly. Return to oven for 10 minutes longer.
  3. Serve hot garnished with parsley.
