ingredients

6 ounces Spaghetti

2 ounces Onions, julienned

2 ounces Shiitake Mushrooms, thinly sliced

2 ounces Shimeji Mushrooms

2 ounces Enoki Mushrooms

2 tablespoonsl of Kikkoman® Sesame Oil

2 tablespoons of Kikkoman® Soy Sauce

¼ cup salt

¼ cup oil

Pinch of Green Onion

directions

  1. Put the water into a pot and then boil the water.
  2. Put the spaghetti into a pot after putting in salt and oil to a pot.
  3. In a sauté pan, Sauté the onions, shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, enoki mushrooms in Kikkoman® Sesame Oil for 1 minute.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and then put the cooked spaghetti in the sauté pan.
  5. Mix the Kikkoman® Soy Sauce and then move it on the plate, put on the green onion.
