2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original 

1 ounce Chicken, diced

0.4 ounces Onion, julienned

0.4 ounces Red Bell Pepper, julienned

1 ounce Cheese, shredded 

2 slice white bread

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Pepper

directions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Put the chicken in a food grade zip lock bag.
  2. Have ready a pot of boiling water. Put zip lock with the chicken for 7~8 minutes.
  3. Spread Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original on the white bread evenly.
  4. Put on the cooked chicken on the white bread.
  5. Add onion and red bell pepper to the bread and put on the shredded cheese.
  6. Toast the white bread with the toaster oven until golden brown. about 1~2 minutes.
