Panko Crusted Baked Pasta

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound penne, rotini or bow-tie pasta
2 cups fresh kale
1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
½ cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
½ cup Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs®
2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce®
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium-size fresh tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups) 

directions

Cook pasta according to package directions (al dente), omitting salt; drain and keep warm in large serving bowl. Meanwhile, sauté garlic in hot oil over medium heat 2 minutes. Add turkey and brown until cooked through. Stir in tomatoes; bring to boil. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Add kale; cook 2 minutes longer, or until tender yet crisp. Stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add basil and soy sauce, stirring until basil wilts. Pour over pasta; toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese and Panko

Bake in 350F until topping is brown
