23.5 ounces Salmon

4 tablespoons of Kikkoman® Unagi Sushi Sauce

directions

  1. Put salmon and Kikkoman® Unagi Sushi Sauce into a bag or a ziploc, and massage the salmon so that the sauce clings to the salmon.
  2. Sit in the refrigerator for half a day.
  3. Sear on both sides of the marinated salmon in the oil for 1 minute.
