- Have a small bowl of drinking water, soak dried seaweed in water for 15 minutes.
- Mix the Takumi with peanut sauce. Blend the sauce at a ratio of 2:1.
- Add rehydrated seaweed and mixed greens to a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad and gently stir to coat. *Prepare an amount according to your preference.
- Place the salad on a plate or dish and enjoy.
