ingredients

16 ounces spaghetti
1-1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ + ½ Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original, divided
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cups vegetables of choice
¼ cup Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce

directions

  1. Cook the pasta per package directions.
  2. Season your chicken thighs with the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour half a cup of the takumi on chicken and mix until coated.​
  4. Cook the chicken in the air fryer or oven for 20 minutes at 400°F or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan,and add your desired vegetables on medium-high heat until slightly tender.​
  6. Once noodles are cooled, toss into a heated pan with the vegetables. Add the remaining ½ cup of takumi and soy sauce. Toss everything together.
