- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together melted butter, soy sauce, garlic, Parmesan and parsley in a small bowl.
- Slice each biscuit in half to make 16 pieces. Roll each piece into a 5-inch rope and tie into a knot. Tuck the ends behind each knot and place on baking sheet. Brush knots with half of the butter mixture and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and brush hot garlic knots with remaining butter mixture. Serve warm.
