Asian Summer Salad with Ponzu Dressing

Ingredients

2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded 
3 cups leafy lettuce, chopped 
½ cup mandarin orange segments 
½ cup baby cucumber, sliced 
¼ cup green onion, chopped 
½ cup carrots, shredded 
½ medium avocado, sliced  
¼ cup raw almonds, chopped  
1 ounce crispy wonton strips
¼ cup cilantro, chopped 
Fresh basil 

For Dressing
⅓ cup olive oil 
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Ponzu 
1 tablespoon honey 
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
1 clove garlic, minced  

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients for dressing in a small bowl or jar. Whisk to combine. Set aside.  
  2. Combine cabbage, lettuce, oranges, cucumber, green onion and carrots in a large bowl and drizzle with half of the dressing. Toss gently to coat.  
  3. Transfer to a serving platter and top with sliced avocado, almond, wonton strips, cilantro and basil.  
  4. Top with remaining dressing and serve.
