Avocado salad with Yuzu dressing

Serves 2 servings

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced

1 bag of Spring mix(or any salad mix of choice)

½ cup tomato, sliced

½ cup carrot, julienned

½ cup cucumber, diced

½ cup red cabbage, chopped

 

Dressing:

3 Tbsp Kikkoman® Yuzu Ponzu 1 Tsp garlic, minced

½ Tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Wash all the vegetables and remove excess water.
  2. Combine spring mix and vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Plate the mix in a salad bowl or a platter.
  4. Place the sliced avocados on top.
  5. Combine dressing ingredients and pour.
